My mom taught me all I know about cooking which to
her was the old fashioned Southern way. Even after
I came out to her, we can still bond together
while cooking up a huge meal of fried chicken,
mashed potatoes with brown gravy, corn on the cob,
and french style green beans with chunks of bacon.
I'm lucky to have her. *warm memories*

Looking for a fresh start. I originally moved from
Indiana to Florida to take care of my parents, and
grandparents. During that time I came out, got
involved in helping the GLBT community, found and
lost a boyfriend, friends, family, and jobs.
Looking back I see both good and bad times in my
life. But now that there is nothing really holding
me here in Tampa. Its time to move on. I need to
get a fresh start someplace else, and live my
life, and be happy. But that will be based on Job
opportunities, cost of living, and if where I move
to has a Gay Community.
Any recommendations, advice, insight, and,
suggestions are much appreciated. Also on face

You start out with a 4 tablespoons of fresh sage,
rosemary, thyme, and celery seed. Grind int a fine
powder in a mortar and pestle. Coat chicken
tenders in a quick egg wash then in herb
powder,let the natural juices seep from the
chicken as the tender becomes slimy again coat in
all purpose flour once again dip in egg wash then
finally dust with smoked paprika and fry in olive
oil at 350 F for 12 minutes depending on the size
of your fryer and the amount of chicken per batch.

id say try this recipe
SUGAR BODY BLOW RIBS :)
* Dry Rub
* 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
* 1 1/4 cups sugar
* 1/2 cup salt
* 1/4 cup ground black pepper
* 1/4 cup paprika
* 2 slabs baby back ribs
* BBQ Sauce
* 2 cups ketchup
* 2/3 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup cider vinegar
* 2 tablespoons molasses
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 2 teaspoons dry mustard
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
Combine all the ingredients for the dry rub in a
small mixing bowl. Rub the ribs with the dry rub.
Wrap in plastic wrap and let marinate in
refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Place ribs on a large baking sheet lined with
aluminum foil. Cover tightly with foil and place
in middle rack of oven. Let roast for 2 1/2
For the BBQ Sauce:
Add all the ingredients to a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil then reduce to a low simmer. Let
simmer for 25 minutes, on low heat, stirring
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Take ribs out of the oven and place on grill to
finish. Cook for 20 more minutes, turning and
basting with sauce. Remove from grill and serve as

Laws of cooking causality: No matter how much you
cook, or what you cook, there will always be
exactly half an onion leftover in the fridge.
