So, contrary to the general thrust of this site, I haven't hooked up with anyone on here. Nor do I intend to. I am on here out of some continuing, and sometimes baffling, hope that some mythical gem might come along, out of the ether, and sweep me off of my feet (well, more like entertain me, and make me feel a little gooie inside). These are romantic notions, remiss of reality. They are, however, something real, coming from some common sense of humaness that I believe we all share. So, although I know such sentiments are fleeting, immature, and misguided (based upon years of experience and solace), I choose to carry on, though partially in jest, because they make me me.
