I am a certified personal trainer, I love fitness and helping others achieve healthy lifestyles in a safe and approachable way.  I am currently pursuing my second certification.

I enjoy appreciating the gift of the natural beauty that surrounds us, namely by hiking in the mountains near my house, running and biking outdoors, or just going for walks.  That said I also spend time indoors at the gym a few times a week, or cooking at my house or the specialty restaurant where I work.  I read science fiction and horror, and occasionally some philosophy.  I watch TV in binges because of Netflix hahaha...  Anyway like i said above, message me if you would like to know more :D
