I think it's about time I give this profile a nice face lift. Greetings, I'm Chris and thanks for taking the time to read a little about me. I always loathe these section a as it's much easier to get to know me in a face to face type of situation, as opposed to text on a profile page. Let's see, I'm a college senior with a major in Spanish and a minor in Ethnic and Global literatures. I have studied Spanish now for over 14 years and absolutely adore the language. The culture and history are so rich that it never ceases to amaze me. What am I planning on doing with the Spanish? I plan on teaching Spanish on the university level. Once I graduate in the winter, I'm headed to grad school. I plan on getting my masters in Spanish with a focus in Latin American Literature While at the masters level I plan on obtaining a teaching assistantship so that I have the opportunity to get my feet wet, and pay for grad school. After completing my masters I plan oh continuing towards my Ph. D. In Spanish with a focus on 19/20th century Latin American Literature. Then after that I can honestly say I've crossed the finish line! I set very high goals and expectations for myself as I know that I can hit them and then some. I look for those who are just as driven as I am as this will help us keep each other motivated. Now I'm not saying that everyone has to go to college to get that fulfillment, because for some college is not they place, and I get that. However, I'd like to find someone who knows what makes them tick and who wants to keep pushing limits and not afraid to get his feet wet from time to time. As for my personality, as I said, the best way to figure this out is by conversing with me, but I can say that I enjoy spontaneity. Often times I get stuck in my routine/comfort zone and need a little push to go against the current, so to speak.
