Okay, so I thought it was time for a re-write of this ‘life-summary
in a box’.

Firstly, I am a student, currently at Bournemouth University
reading Forensic Computing & Security. I’ve had a variety of interesting
jobs over the past few years, I’ve been the manager of a paintball centre for
the country’s biggest paintball company, I worked with a local leisure centre
running kids holiday activities, and I’ve been a customer services assistant
for a garden centre.

Currently I am one of the duty managers at my local theatre,
in charge of the security of the centre, along with setting up rooms within the
meeting facilities.

I am also the Head of IT for WinSpeed Motorsport who are a classic Jaguar Specialist.
So for those of you moaning that I'm 100% top, at least now you know that
I do like a decent ride!

 
I’ve worked in the theatre for over six years, in various
roles, almost all centred on the technical side of it. I have also acted on and
off for closer to ten years. I’ve also spent time instructing in technical
theatre and stage fighting. My work has also brought me into close proximity
with Health & Safety on a regular basis it’s very much a necessary evil in
the most part, though I am rather good at it now.


I work closely with Youth Football, as a Club Welfare
Officer responsible for the safety and welfare of the players (and often the
managers!), I am also the webmaster. I spend a lot of time working as a
videographer with a drag queen (yep, you read that right).

 

My friends say I'm posh, and if by that they mean that I can
still remember the Queen's English, then yes, they would be right. I spent a
while at Grammar school, can still speak some Latin, and tea on the lawn is an
acceptable pastime.

I'm not  huge fan of wearing T-Shirts and the like, as I am a great fan of
'formal' clothing, shirts, ties, a tuxedo, or other smart dress as the
situation dictates.
 

I’m an old fashioned romantic, I’d like to think I’m fairly intellectual,
with a diverse taste in music, books, and of course, theatre. 
I love a good debate, and have the unusual ability to pick up random
facts and information, and work it back as small-talk. Proves useful at times. My
parents insist I was born with the intellect of a 30-year-old and have just got
older since then!



 After university I hope to join the Royal Marines.
