Coming from a diverse background in the entertainment industry with experience ranging from formal musical training (piano) to promotions and marketing experience, I am a DJ specializing in house music, with a passion for the beats of the tribal/progressive and funky varieties. So far, I have been afforded the luxury of being able to share my skill with the gay and lesbian community of Northern New England, having performed in MA, ME and NH in events ranging from nightclubs to Gay Pride. Currently, I have been devoting much time to creating exclusive mixes for Internet Radio
I have been fortunate enough to have been through a lot of VERY significant changes in dance/club music. My interest in dance music started when I was a student in college in Boston in the mid 1990's... (back when LaBouche, Living Joy, Corona and names of that sort were packing dance floors)... I knew from the moment I first set foot into a club that I was at home. Since then, dance music has split into many genres and subgenres, so much that labeling a certain track as one style or another can be difficult because there are TOO MANY ways one can do so. Looking back, it amazes me as a DJ though to know that for a long time now I have been a part of something that is ever changing, and that even in the smallest way, I might have been responsible for helping expose a group of people to music they may never have heard, and music that may wind up becoming someone's favorite song. There is no greater reward as a performer than to look on the floor and see that you have positively connected with a group of people and that you are making people enjoy themselves...
