College Man looking to live his life.
How do I sum up who I am? Its quite difficult really. I'm Luke Russell Baker...I come from a long line of Bakers...and hopefully there will be lots more after me. We're one of the oldest families in Hancock County...so, thats cool. There's absolutely nothing better in my mind than laying by the pool, fellowshipping with family and friends. Once upon a time, my family all lived with in a 50 yard radius. Talk about good times. I spent my time in the clubhouses, running and hiding in the tobacco barns, pretending to strip tobacco, hiking to the promise land, having fun with my family, making tent sheets with my cousins, playing pirates on the beds we owned, swinging, and unfortunately getting humped by my cousins dog...they are mean people, they are, but I love them dearly. They may be mean, but I look up to no one more than my two cousins. Well, except maybe my mom and dad, and my grandmother. Talk about the strongest woman alive. After my grandfather got Alzheimer's disease...she has been our rock. Middle school was awkward...we don't talk about that. Haha. High school...I sort of, grew up. I met the greatest friends ever and made memories that I will never forget. We made a slip and slide one January night when it was only 50 degrees outside, we've made 5 AM runs to Waffle House, we've swam till there is no tomorrow, star gazed, slept in tents, made trips to Poop Creek, we've fought, made up, and then raved. Now I'm a Junior here at Transylvania. I love every second that I'm here, even when I'm in a mad rush to finish that 10 pager. I love my campus and want to leave my legacy, something that makes this school a better place.
